When they were in the room and the door was shut, Lily turned to him, obviously not amused by his little stunt--however still flattered by the fact that he had finally taken the time to track her down. Still, the expression on her face definitely showed more of the former. She studied him with narrowed eyes and there was a frown on her face.
"I haven't been avoiding you," she lied, Dominique's suggestion running through her head. The problem with that was that Lily was still pretty sure that he didn't really like her. Dating him would require mutual feelings. "I told you, I've been working," she repeated her earlier statement.
