Jeremy nodded. He worried about her with her magic. He hadn't seen much of it where he was from, but he'd seen the effect it had taken on her on the show and he didn't like her putting herself in danger like that. "You should be careful, you know, doing spells and stuff," he said, giving a little frown. Sure, he got himself in trouble, but usually it was by accident. If she knew magic was going to hurt her, she needed to be careful.
The seriousness dissolved when she stood up and shouted at the oompa loompa. "You joining me on the militant thing there?" he said, smiling at her. Still, it seemed to do the trick. An oompa loompa with a tray hurried over with their orders. "Nice going, Bonnie," Jeremy said, impressed, as he took his plate. He dug around in his pockets until he found enough money then handed it over. He was more than happy to pay for Bonnie's food, even though this totally wasn't a date.
