"Good to meet you, Adam." Couldn't hurt to let him know that he wasn't a threat. The way Adam was looking at him right now, he might have thought that was the case. He smiled, the corner of his mouth lifting at the question. When he'd first arrived here, that kind of inquiry would have made him pause. Not any more.
"Completely human, I can assure you. Can't say I know what a creature problem entails, though I imagine it didn't involve squirrels." He couldn't help himself. He really needed to see his friend again. He was making jokes at his expense and he wasn't even here.
The second question did cause him to chuckle, though only briefly. "No, I'm not an actor, and this isn't a prop," he indicated his bow. "Though you've guessed well." Some people believed him immediately, like Heather had. Others didn't.
"I know this won't make much sense to you yet, but I'm not the first person who's going to tell you that they're someone you've heard of, around here."
