"Hey, Mr Saltzman," Jeremy said with a smile as the door opened. He stepped into the cabin, glad to be out of the wind. "How're you holding up?" He remembered how confused he'd been when he'd first arrived here. He'd been really glad Elena had been here to set him straight. Not so glad that all three of his past and future girlfriends were milling around though, although he'd been glad to see each of them; especially the two that had been dead. But Bonnie was gone now, or so Elena thought. He guessed it was probably for the best. One less person for him to hurt. Although he still had to worry about the two vampire girls. Still, he'd sort that out later. For now, he needed to fill Ric in, at least on what he'd gathered since being here.
"S'all pretty messed up, isn't it?" he said with an almost apologetic smile, looking at his old history teacher from across the lobby. It felt strange not being a student any more, but then he hadn't really thought of Ric like a teacher for a while now. Still, he didn't know if that would be the same for him. He didn't know what time he was from after all. "So, er, what's the last thing you remember before being brought here?" he asked, figuring that was as good a place as any to start.
