Crowley wasn't far. He had heard Johann's warning bark. That was never a good thing. He'd listened, and he'd been curious enough to go and investigate. He took his time, figuring the hound was trying to draw Anna out. If he'd realised there was a real problem, he might have moved a bit faster.
As it was, Anna was on the ground before he arrived. he didn't know how long she'd been laid out there, with Johann standing over her in a protective stance. Had the warning bark been to alert him, rather than meant to call her out?
Johann bared his teeth at Crowley. Crowley hushed him with a wave of his hand. "I'm here to help, you imbecile. Move." Johann carefully moved away from Anna, but never took his eyes off Crowley. Crowley picked her up, raped her across his arms.
He couldn't take her inside, her cabin was warded against him. Seemed his only choice was to take her back to his cabin. And once he put her down in his bed, Johann jumped up and settled next to her, his head on her chest. Crowley sighed and took up a place in the chair, feet propped up on the bed.
