If this wasn't awkward, Bonnie had no idea what was. She was starting to doubt herself, doubt that it was a good idea to come here. She wasn't ready for this, wasn't in the mood to talk things over. Oh yeah, she was positive now, that Anna and Vicki being here had something to do with how she felt. But she couldn't blame this on them. Over all everything was entirely Petersen's fault, for bringing everyone here, for twisting everyone's reality and screwing with their heads. It was messed up, simply put.
Her brows furrowed as he spoke. "What di-" She stopped short, her answering coming to her just as quickly as she'd begun to speak. "Oh." That's all she could say. How else was she supposed to react? She was the only one from her time, everyone else was from the past. She couldn't relate in that aspect to everyone and no one to her. Sure Elena and surely the others had watched the show and been filled in with what was happening back home, but that was NOT the same as experiencing it. That's what got under Bonnie's skin.
"Jeremy." She sighed softly, shaking her head as she began. "It's really not a-" Again she found herself cutting short. Her breath caught in her throat as he tucked her hair behind her ear. "Don't." She whispered, her body tensing. Any contact, worrying or sympathy from Jeremy was not going to help right now.
Silently she followed after him, climbing the stairs of the cabin. Her eyes briefly scanned around her as she moved forward and into his room, though once inside she halted, not sure what exactly she was to do. "There's.. a lot you need to be filled in on."
