She offered him a grin over her shoulder as he clipped up the back of what was to hold her in the red dress. "Think you'll pass out?" She teased, about to step away to apply her makeup when she felt his lips against her shoulder. She shivered lightly. He was going to have her flushed and al hot and bothered before she was ready to go out on stage. "You're such a tease."
Slipping into her makeup chair she quickly removed the light makeup she'd worn for the two songs previous. The wipes made it quick and painless. The light lip stain was next. "I hope I didn't make you too uncomfortable with that second song. I hadn't even planned on singing that one. It just... Well I couldn't resist the call of it. The song I'd planned on singing was the Blondie song from Coyote Ugly." It sounded like a stalker song but it had been a lot less sappy than the one she'd sang instead. Dusting a pale powder over her face, to hide her freckles, she began to paint on the 'Jessica Rabbit' look. Purple over her eyelids, penciling in her eyebrows to make them just a touch more prominent. Adding the long false lashes before she hid the affect with liquid liner. The last of the effect was to paint her lips bright red. Using a few tricks she'd seen to make them seem bigger, sealing the color with a bit of clear shine.
Next came her hair. She had first thought about a wig. But with the stitches in her head, it would just irritate them. So instead she parted her own dark hair, just like the picture that was taped to her mirror, and began to smooth it with a hair balm. Coming behind with a brush to perfect the straightness. Her hair hanging in front of her right eye she turned to face him. "How do I look?" All that was left was the gloves, thigh high stockings, that she would clip to her bustier, and the dress. The shoes would be the last touch. But she'd give herself a few moments to set before she started adding those.
