Robin glanced up at him at that. He wasn't sure how many people knew he was gone, he had to wonder if Gabriel had even noticed, a touch childishly, but then he was living in the same cabin as Gibbs. So it stood to reason that someone who investigated crimes for a living would notice something so obvious. And Marian had said Katie had been fussy when he was gone.
"Thanks," he replied, twisting the stalk off the apple he'd picked up. He wasn't sure yet whether he intended to eat it, but that wasn't really the point. "How are you finding it here, so far?"
