She settled down in the pillows after Heather checked her. She was quite pleased to hear that the end was close. Inspite of the pain she had experienced she was quite ready to meet her son. Ready for the aching to be over. "Thank you, my love." She offered a weary smile to her archangel.
She listened as Heather explained what might happen when she started the birthing process. What Robin and Gabriel might expect. "Now we simply wait for the next one." Glancing at Robin she playfully bumped his shoulder with her own. "You are allowed to speak you know."
Leaning closer to the archer whispering so no other would hear her. "We will be okay. I understand your anxiousness... But do not be afraid for me or Ral." She gave his wiskered cheek a kiss. "You can paint pretty pictures for me to see, rather than the redness of the pain." With him right beside her, his facade was easy to sniff around. She offered him a pat.
She saved the best for last, leaning toward Gabriel she brushed his lips with her own. "If my pain bothers you over much... I will let you ease it a little. Okay?" She knew he was nervous even if she couldn't smell it on him, he had gotten far to good at disguising his scent. Her hand glided up his back until she found the joint of his wings. Very gently she stroked over one, stirring up his 'holy' scent. She shuddered faintly out of the delight of it. Her own personal cat nip.
She then offered Heather a smile. She was getting yet another spike of energy. Yet it did not keep her from leaning her head against Gabriel's shoulder. "I almost wish they were far enough apart for me to nap."
