She knew he wasn't quite ready for that yet. But that didn't mean she wasn't. It also didn't mean she was trying to pressure him. He said it for her ears, and that's the only time she needed to hear it. "How about a compromise, I'll get the oil and the candles, then crash on our bed for a little bit while I still can." She thought it was a good deal. She could use a couple winks, or a few minutes with her headphones crammed in her ears. Using music to keep her savage beast soothed.
With new resolve, with a little break in sight, she brought the mug to her lips and chugged it's contents as if were the water of life. Done, she set the mug down on a near by table, "Clean up will take place after everybody has caught up with a week's worth of sleep." She chuckled. Not that she intended on leaving that mug there. No, but she figured it could wait for a little bit. She couldn't help but steal another kiss just before they went their separate ways. Hot chocolate and Tony and she recharged. She took the steps two at a time as she headed toward Gabriel's and Laura's room.
