He'd been watching her as she gradually woke, the smallest smile touching the corners of his mouth at her stretch, like she was one of those cats of hers. One drawback to sharing a room with someone was the reluctance to start each day. He'd be perfectly happy to lay here, and maybe enjoy a bit more than just laying here, all day long.
"It might do, if I didn't agree with the situation so much myself," he replied casually, leaning down to kiss her. He might have been less forthcoming in his answer if he was more awake, but for now his brain couldn't handle that sort of thing. Shifting out from beneath her, he pushed himself up to sit. That was far enough, for now. There was no rush.
