Cas was relieved not to see a bottle in her hand, though the smell of booze was unmissable. Beer at least. That time. A beer on it's own wasn't a concern though, was it. He hid his concern behind an easy smile. He knew she'd been through a lot and also knew he was light on the details. Neither of those situations sat will with him. What else was he to do when the one he loved was in pain besides offer to carry the load?
"Hi, sweetheart," He knelt on the foot before her, leaned in and planted a kiss on her cheek. "Hmmm, you know? I was gonna suggest a walk but it's bitter out there. How about a little spa time?"
