Lily gave Harry a smile. "I appreciate that, I really do. I'm not at a loss of people here to protect me, but it means a lot more coming from a father who doesn't even know me yet." She cringed slightly at the use of the word father, but not because of herself. Teddy had told her to watch her use of dad-related terms to keep from freaking Harry out too much. But then he had called her his daughter, so maybe he was okay with it.
She listened as he started to put together the names of his kids. They were all named after people, and mostly dead people. Lily was the only exception with the middle name 'Luna'. That namesake was still alive and good friends with both of her parents. "Yes," she said after he finished with James' name. She couldn't help but smirk slightly at the mention of Professor Snape. So apparently he hadn't bonded with the man yet. "You always told us that Al Sev was named after the two greatest Headmasters Hogwarts had ever had." She paused. "But we also heard about how your relationship with Professor Snape had started out, so I'm not surprised you haven't gotten to that point yet."
"You're Head of the Auror Department at the Ministry," she told him. "You started out as an Auror and worked your way up. And things are much better. We haven't had an all out wizarding world since your school years."
