Who: Victoire Weasley and Teddy Lupin When: January 6th Where: Cabin 17 What: Victoire gave in, so they're making up. Status: In progress Rating: TBD, but possibly high.
Victoire still wasn't sure about this, but with everyone telling her how wrong she was and Teddy showering her with sweetness, it was really hard to fight. The truth was, she really did love him, and while she felt like staying away from him was best, she didn't really want to. Her family didn't understand how hard it really was to keep from throwing herself into Teddy's arms, especially in such an unfamiliar place. Not only was he her first and only love, but he was also something familiar. Something she could count on when everything else was so confusing. With no one to support her decision, it was just getting too hard to fight her feelings.
Not that she could blame Teddy. He had every right to act the way he was. Hell, he could act like everyone else and she actually wouldn't blame him. But he wasn't the one calling her a selfish idiot. He was just the one reminding her of why she loved him in the first place. Not that she'd needed the reminder. If he was being a jerk about it, it'd actually be easier to fight. Even with her family acting the same way.
She rolled her eyes at the thought. Izzy and Dom would just love to know that he was coming over to see her. But who said they had to know? Okay, considering the fact that Izzy lived with Teddy and Dom now lived next door to him, and they were all pretty close, it was entirely possible he could be seen coming over. But that didn't have to mean they knew why. They didn't have to know she was giving in. Though she was sure they'd find out eventually.
Since he said he was coming over, she ran a brush through her hair, not really having time to change clothes, but she wasn't sure he would care what she was wearing. Even if she'd been lounging around her room in sweats the past few days. It was easier to close herself up there than to risk the possibility of running into him. Ironic now that he was coming over with her permission. There was no turning back now, though. She couldn't tell him she was giving in, then take it back. That wouldn't be fair to him. She had to stick this out no matter what if she was going to keep from hurting him.
Just as she reached the bottom of the stairs, she heard the knock on her door. Well, there he was. She took a deep breath as she walked over to the door and pulled it open. "Hey," she said stepping aside to let him in.
