She'd pretty much resigned herself to a zombie chow fate when she heard the gunshot from behind her and blinked in amazement when she turned her head to see Pike standing there, broadsword in hand.
Smirking, she looked at him and watched as he pretty much pulled her out of what would have been her end. The glint in her eye made her chuckle, because after awhile, it had become the same sort of situation for her back at home. Killing those things was fun. She couldn't let him have all the glory, though. As he made his way toward the last one, she grabbed her knife from the head of the one she'd throw it at and tossed it at the last zombie, hitting it in the forehead. She turned to Pike and crossed her arms at her chest.
"Had to help a little bit, didn't I?" she asked, taking a couple steps forward to grab her knife from the zombie's head after he inevitably beheaded it.
