Izzy gave a half-snort, not nearly the indignent reply that statement usually earned. Teddy (and Vic as well) was always trying to get her to relax, stating things like how much fun they were, how they could make her smile, stupid things that Izzy never realized she missed until she didn't have them. It was the same back home as it was here. But she didn't argue. She did feel better with him around.
"Vic is gone." She sighed, debating whether or not to even bring up the other part. As far as telling someone everything about her life, Teddy was it for Izzy. But still, there were things Izzy wouldn't even tell him... mostly because they were things she wouldn't admit to herself. That had been Wyatt the past few weeks, that thing she wouldn't face herself. And now he was gone. "And Wyatt's gone. I think... I think I really liked him. No, I did. I know I did. And of course I finally like a bloke and he just disappears. Probably just as well..."
