"Of course I am," he grinned, unrepentant. "I wouldn't be doing things right if I didn't give McGee grief where ever humanly possible." He was the Probie. It was Tony's job to harden him up to the teasing he would get from everyone else. And besides, it was fun.
"Doesn't really matter either way. No cars to make noise so that won't bother us." He glanced around before pointing out a nice looking grassy spot beneath a large tree. "Over there, that works." It was cold, and being inside might have been more sensible, but that's what sitting close and hugs and all sorts of other inappropriate activities were for. That and the hot food he'd brought with them, and the thermos of hot chocolate.
