Tomorrow was another day, and Dean was pointedly not thinking about what the day would bring. He was happy with the pizza, the beer, the car, the prospect of fucking Cas and Jo in the car, and the fact the three of them were together. It was odd, because Dean had never seen himself as someone who would settle down, but his relationship with Cas and Jo was anything but the socially acceptable definition of settling down.
"There's no one here but us. We want to drive the car into the middle of Central Park, that's exactly what we'll do." Dean knew Jo needed a moment to compose herself. It was his awareness of the feelings and emotions of other people that shocked Dean more than anything, in this thing called a relationship. He had little practical experience, but he respected Jo enough to give her a minute, and to go on as normal while she dealt with her emotions.
He put a hand to Cas' thigh, and let his fingers move idly over the denim he wore. He'd just focus on Cas, while Jo had her back to them, maybe distract Cas from the truth of the moment. He knew, he didn't need reminders that he was upsetting Jo. Dean leaned in and kissed him just because he could, and when he did, his hand might have inched up a bit higher than the thigh.
