Cas was actually relieved when the door opened. He was worried Dean would miss out. This just wasn't the same without him and, frankly, he wasn't up to dealing with pissed off/disappointed Dean. The pizza, good as it was, was doing nothing to soothe his stomach. Still, he looked passably relaxed as he grinned up at Dean and Jo, taking in the tantalising site.
"Tried to make her wait," he said cheekily. "Anyway, your fault for swanning about the town for so long. What were you up to anyway?" Another bite. He closed his eyes and sighed.
