Billy had to bite his lip through his wide grin to hide his endearment for that idea. "Yeah, or something, huh?" Billy chuckled with a wink, a distinct feeling that later tonight he would enjoy something along those lines.
So, when he idly turned the page, he did a double-take at his own genius/idiocy. "...ohcrap," he whispered, reading once more as he got himself escorted to The Scarlet Witch's quarters. It was equally as climactic and embarrassing as watching himself be thrown to the ground and held down by a high-heeled boot.
His breath was catching in his throat as he looked down at the page, his hand shaking a bit as he debated turning it. He knew already who it was who had taken him down. But he was certain that seeing it captured in all its comic book glory would make him freak out. He had a million thoughts blasting through his mind, all centered around the mother he'd never met.
"I..." he said softly, turning from Teddy back to the page anxiously.
