"You baked? I had no idea you were so talented." The blond smiled and stepped in, glancing around absently as he led her towards the kitchen. When she spotted the cake, the smile softened a little. "You baked me a cake? That's...awesome. Thanks, Cas." Jo turned towards him with a grin, then leaned over and snagged one of the bottles. "Beer's fine, for now. And why wouldn't I want to come back?"
Her thumb flicked the top of the bottle off expertly, an old bartender's trick she learned from her mom, and she lifted it to her lips for a long sip while her dark eyes studied him. "What'd I do to merit cake?"
