There was a little bit of truth in her claims, but it really sounded like she was manipulating them to support her campaign of the anti-Sora. Sora put his arms on the table and leaned forward.
"Look, Mrs. Gaia. You don't like me, I get it. But, I don't appreciate you turning me into this terrible person just because your son won't do exactly what you want. Every relationship has it's ups and downs, Riku and I are no different. Maybe if you stop trying so hard to see negative things, you'll see how happy he is." He leaned forward a little further. "I like Riku. In fact," here's to hoping Riku really never does talk to his Mother, "I might be falling in love with him. And nothing you say is going to change that, or make me break up with him."
He sat back. "And for the record, if I want to know something about Riku, I'll ask him. Not you."
