Riku couldn't WAIT to get out of school on Friday and drive down to Twilight Town to see his boyfriend. He was probably speeding a bit, but could you really blame him? He was FINALLY well. His boyfriend was well. His boyfriend's parents were well enough to handle Riku hanging around the house the whole weekend. He couldn't WAIT to see Sora.
Of course, seeing Sora was a little delayed by a trip to Hayner's house first. Hayner was... surprised to see him. "You have a little sister, right?" Riku asked, trying to be nice even though Hayner gave him a suspicious look. "Look, I need her help. I've never done something like this before."
Lucky for Riku, he'd assumed correctly and Rachel had EVERYTHING that was required. Riku didn't approve of the HOUR it took to get everything ready, but he had to admit, Rachel did good work.
He called on his way over from Hayner's house, giving Sora the five minute warning.
Rachel had teased his hair just so, with her hairspray and product, she's done his eyes, calling his a baby the whole time he whined and complained and squirmed. Riku hadn't put the black leather pants on until he was just about to leave to go to Sora's, coupled with a light blue shirt, a black jacket, and the shark tooth necklace Sora had given him for his birthday.
God he couldn't wait to see Sora!
