Waking up and finding herself in an entirely different world had been quite jarring for Luna. What was even more troubling was finding out she had not only been there for some time, but that her otherwise fatal wound had been fixed and was completely healed. There was also the matter her of having apparently gone on a mission with a woman named Clarke, and this Thea woman seemed to be familiar with her as well. All of it in combination with the unknown of why her memories of these people and events were forgotten made for high levels of anxiety and concern. Thea had mentioned the amber, but she couldn’t recall being anywhere near anything that resembled amber. She had woken up in a room and spoken with a woman with a tattoo on her face. Whatever answers she had been given then were only enough information for Luna to have an idea that she had been there for a little over a month. Whatever was being kept from her, Luna wasn’t sure whether it was for hero own good or because they didn’t simply didn’t want her knowing.
Had there been an accident that wiped her memories? What could have possibly happened for those select memories to suddenly disappear? How was that even possible?
Finding out that others from Eos were around did put Luna at some ease, although at first she had to admit to herself she had been a little disappointed it hadn’t been Noctis or Ravus. She wanted very much to reconnect with them and finding out neither of them were there had been distressing, even if she was happy to finally have a chance to meet Prompto. There were others of their world to whom she had briefly spoken and it did make this transition a little easier. Perhaps the best news was that both Umbra and Pryna were there and they had been waiting for her when she arrived at her apartment. Being greeted by her beloved dogs brought her to tears. There was so much to take in all at once. Luna viewed this as a second chance at life, to find out who she was outside of Eos, even if she was still driven by a strong sense of duty.
Another comfort had been the discovery of the small sylleblossom garden that Prompto had evidently given her when she’d arrived before. It was still so well kept that coming back to it was no hard task. Perhaps the best news yet was discovering Noctis’ arrival. Admittedly, she was eager to see him again. After all, the last time had been during the fight with Leviathan and she had shielded him with what strength she could muster from Titan’s tidal wave. Luna would do it all over again without a second thought. So much of her life had been to help and protect Noctis until the end, and that was exactly what she had done. So finding out he was there raised her spirits even more, albeit she felt a little nervous about the reunion. With Umbra and Pryna in tow, Luna headed downstairs for a long overdue reunion. She didn’t count Altissia considering he had been unconscious and shortly after… Well, there was neither here nor there, and it didn’t take long for her to find herself outside of his apartment. She knocked on the door, clasping her hands together in front of her while her dogs sat patiently on either side of her.
