Who: Jim and Sebastian What: A second bank robbery that wasn't planned to be on the same day Where: Other side of Lawrence When: backdated to Feb 8th Rating: High Status: Closed (Playable police didn't arrive in time, only dead found on scene)
As Jim and Sebastian made their way out early this morning, he'd left Molly to go to work. It had been easy playing her boyfriend, pretending to be scared of everything that moved. She was falling for it hook line and sinker. And his name, oh how he loved the fake name. There was no Moriarty, he claimed. Sherlock had made the whole thing up! He wondered when he'd actually get to start putting the man back into his place. Soon, he thought to himself, soon.
Once at the bank, Jim smiled brightly to his partner. They stayed just out of range of the cameras, which Jim had targeted on his last run through the town. "Roof. Cut the power and do what you do best." Jim said, feeling very cheery. He had started to really like the sound of what Sebastian could do, and now he'd finally get to see him in action.
In a business suit with slicked back hair, Jim walked right through the front doors just as the power cut. He reacted the same way the civilians did, surprised. As the guards moved towards the doors, and informed everyone to stay calm, one guard dropped to the ground. Then the second. The group started to panic, scattering all over, some dropping to the ground. Jim was sure the cameras were off by now as he made his way slowly to the counter. The emergency buttons for police wouldn't be working either.
"I'd like all of the money that you can fit into this bag. And if you refuse, I'll kill you." Jim said lifting up his pistol and waving it back and forth as the woman at the counter started to fill the bag. Jim slipped the pistol back into his pocket, and took the bag as he went around behind the counter, and slipped right out the back door. No emergency sirens would sound, given the power was off. With a single button, he told Moran that he was finished here, and got into the vehicle that he'd planted earlier that morning behind the building. He waited quietly as he stripped out of his suit and tie, tossing it onto the ground and dumping gasoline on it before dropping a match. He was left in a white tee shirt, and began to ruffle up his hair as well. When Moran got into the vehicle, Jim smiled and they took off. They'd be going on a long trip, splitting the money between accounts and planting it on people to deposit for Jim and Sebastian. Trading hands too many times to be traced.
And they'd be home before Molly, ready to play panic as soon as the reports of the robbery played on the news.
