He'd tried to keep the blood under lock and key but had trusted the angel not to betray him. They were after the same thing weren't they? Well... more or less. Neither of them liked the idea of Raphael ruling over Heaven or restarting the apocalypse (even if Crowley wasn't sure of just how he'd do that now that Dean and Adam were gone). He knew the angel had been kind of distracted since Dean's death but he didn't think it would result in the angel attempting to cut him out of their deal completely. "So, what? I do all this work helping you gain the power you need to take down Raphael and you try to cut me out."
