I'm sorry this is so late. Please do not be blaming the Ginny!!
[Package left on Ron's bed on his birthday]

Ron,
Merlin, you're getting old! You ought to stop that, you know. All joking aside, I hope you have brilliant birthday and well, y'know, don't grow up too fast. I need someone to help me cause all sorts of trouble at the Burrow.

I hope you like it. If you don't, well that's just too bad because you're stuck with it and maybe you'll learn to tell me what you want instead of just leaving me to guess.

Happy Birthday, Ron. Here's to it being the best year yet.

Love,
Ginny

[The package contains a Chudley Cannons scarf and mitten set, A rather terribly drawn picture of the pair of them on an imaginary adventure that is a re-creation of a picture given to Ron on his 8th birthday from Ginny, and a handfull of chocolate frogs.]

Ginny,

Yeah, best year yet. Thanks for the presents. They're great. Seems your artistic talent has improved some over the years too.

- Ron
