Ali&Miles
WHO: Alicia Spinnet &Miles Bletchley WHAT: Random, pointless run in WHERE: Diagon Alley, just after he sees Kaleigh RATING: PG13? Who knows, as they're bound to want to kill each other with the amount of insults they'll throw at each other STATUS: Pending
After his meal with Kaleigh, Miles felt he was in need of some time to think. So, naturally his feet led him through Diagon Alley to Quality Quidditch Supplies. It'd been a while since he'd flown, but he still loved it. Flying was the kind of think you couldn't forget about. It really made you free. All in all, as Miles stepped into the store he really didn't have any intention to buy a broom for himself, or any other Quidditch supplies. He was intent on getting one for Dora, as she'd just talked to him a few nights before about wanting to learn to fly. It was amazing how little like both her sisters she was, both in personality and in interests. Neither Elizabeth nor Sally-Anne had ridden a broom for more than three minutes without complaining and wanting off. Dora was like Marley, Miles' sister. She liked adventure like Miles did himself.
Now, as he looked over the supplies and surveyed several of the brooms meant for younger children, he glanced up. Of all the people he had expected to see in Diagon Alley, Alicia Spinnet was on the bottom of the list. It was too good an opportunity to pass up, truly. There was no way he could leave the store without talking to her. It's not like it was any sort of secret that he absolutely loved irritating her. The only problem was that so far, since they'd been out of school he'd only been able to do it through journals. He couldn't help the small smile that fell onto his face, more a smirk than anything, as he walked towards her slowly. When he was close enough to speak with her without being too loud he stopped. "Well, well, now this is quite the coincidence, wouldn't you say? Little miss professional quidditch player in the flesh." His tone had a deliberate, slightly mocking edge to it.
