Harry: A pillow stuffed with lavendar and hops to help with sleeping, a framed photo of the Gryffindor boys during first year, and golden snitch charmed with white noise for night time or anytime to relax. You deserve the relaxation. I hopeI just wish You're a great friend, Harry. Don't ever forget that.
-Neville
Hermione: A poinsettia plant, a collection of various books on politics in wizarding history, and this necklace in her birthstone. Thanks for everything, Hermione. You've been an amazing friend over the years, and I know you're probably the most brilliant Head Girl this school's seen. You're the best.
Love Always, Neville
Ginny: These flowers, this little guy, a book called Women in Quidditch: Shaping the Game, a deck of Exploding Snap cards, and this necklace. Oh, and a brush and leash for Antoinette. I hope it's not too 'girly'. All that red reminded me of you, and it seems sort of bold like you, too. Give your mum my love.
Love, Neville
Luna: A 3-D book called Wrackspurts, Nargles, Kipplegers, and Other Amazing Creatures and a small potted hydrangea in Ravenclaw blue. She also gets seven new pairs of socks, one for each day of the week, since hers seem to come up missing so often and a stuffed giraffe. The plant's pretty easy to take care of, but you'll probably need to repot it by the time we go home. I can show you how! And until they sell real giraffes, I'm afraid this one will have to do.
Lots of Love! Neville
Ernie: A desktop water fountain, a basket of biscuits, and, as a careful hand-delivered addition, a puffeskin with a cage and toys. Some friends will never turn their backs on you. Consider me and this little guy two of them.
Always, Neville
(The Macmillan family also receives this basket from the Longbottoms.)
Derek: A pillow similar to Harry's and a down blanket. I can't change the beds for you, but I can make the sleep a bit easier.
-Neville
Lavender: These flowers and a small box of chocolates. We may not always agree, but I still consider you a very good friend. Hope you have a very happy Christmas.
-Neville
Megan: A cutting of his mimbulus mimbletonia and several packets of varying seeds, as well as a box of chocolates. I'm not sure how the cutting will do on its own, but we'll never know if we don't try! Happy Christmas, Megan.

Dean and Seamus each received prints of their favourite Quidditch players. The other seventh years and all of Gryffindor all got small bags of biscuits and candies that he and Gran made themselves.
