WHO: Mandy and Theo WHAT: Chatting WHERE: His place! RATING: TBA STATUS: In Progress
Mandy needed a day out, not that anything was wrong, in fact she felt like she was having a rather good day but she was just insanely bored. So, she decided to get out of the place for a while and as she was thinking about who could join her, her thoughts turned to Theo. It had been a while since the two had spent time together and she always enjoyed his company. So she decided to surprise him. Hopefully he wouldn't be too busy. Mandy didn't enjoy surprising people unless she knew for sure that they would be available for the surprise.
Arriving at his place, Mandy knocked and waited for him to answer. She felt herself excited to see her friend. Though she had no idea what they could do, but maybe he had some errands to run that she could help out with. If not, surely they could put their heads together and think of something to do.
Teddy was still extremely irritated by Ernie's warning about Megan. Where did he get off insinuating Teddy's intentions were less than pure? And so what if they had been? Teddy and Hannah were broken up; what business was it of anyone's who Teddy dated after that? To make matters worse, Ernie had decided to go off to the Ministry to "protect" Hannah, leaving Teddy in charge of the business while Draco enjoyed his paternity leave. Sure, Teddy liked the job and he was glad Ernie trusted him, but, well, he was just plain pissed at Ernie and holding his chivalrous act against him.
Nevertheless, Ernie being away from the company meant Teddy had more work to do for awhile. He was taking Ernie's trust seriously even if he was angry about their tiff concerning Megan. Hence, when Mandy arrived at his place, Teddy was deep into work. When he opened the door, he looked tired, disheveled, and more than a little desperate.\
Teddy's reaction completely caught her off guard. "Um." Mandy stupidly stood there a little frozen. He certainly looked upset about something. "Knew I should have sent you an owl first." Mandy sure did show bad timing when it came to just showing up on people's doorsteps. Running her fingers through her hair nervously, she offered him a small smile. "Sorry, um bad timing I guess?" She asked with a small laugh though he really didn't look like he wanted to do any laughing.
