Mandy hurried to her kitchen as the sound of the tea pot echoed through the house. Even though it was only the afternoon, Mandy felt tired and almost debated on whether she should go back to bed or not. Lisa wasn't in sight, she wondered if she was even at home. Taking the pot off the stove, she poured the hot water into her cup, following that putting her favorite tea packet into the cup as well. Feeling herself growing a little hungry, she grabbed a small plate of chocolate biscuits and headed back over to the couch.

It was nice to be back at home. She had spent a few days with her parents and while it wasn't as bad as she thought it was going to be, she was still glad to be back at home. Even more glad that she was pretty much over the small fight that only Mandy knew that was going on. Mostly just the fight with herself even though she was trying to direct it to others. Not that they deserved it. Mandy was already planning on trying to make it up to Lisa and Michael, for not being supportive.

Yawning softly, she picked up a magazine and looked over the newest Quidditch standings. She probably should be more upset that her team was now in 4th place, considering the last lost but they were now on break, which only meant that they were practicing as much as before, which Mandy couldn't complain. She liked having the time off. Though at the moment she was pretty bored.

Teddy thought Ernie's vacation days were too generous, but the young MacMillan insisted his workers take New Year Eve and New Year's Day so Teddy was left to find a way to occupy himself. He had spent the eve with his family and most of the actual day reading and relaxing, but he had grown restless. It was then he had picked up his journal and reread Mandy's journal. Teddy knew she felt a little odd about Michael and Lisa's relationship; he also guessed the couple would be celebrating the start of a new year together, leaving Mandy alone. Thus, Teddy took a chance and went to visit his Ravenclaw friend.

Always the polite one, he had picked up a basket of biscuits before knocking on Mandy's door unannounced.

Confused, Mandy looked up from her magazine and waiting another second to make sure the knock was at her door. Who would be knocking on her door? She wasn't aware that someone was coming over. Shrugging it off, she went to the door. To her surprise, she saw Teddy standing with a basket of biscuits. "Teddy!" Mandy said happily as she moved out of the way to let him in.

"Come in!" The girl said before closing the door behind him. "What brings you by?"

	Placing her hands on her hips she looked at Teddy, studying him carefully. "Well I would say how happy I am to see you but that would depend if those biscuits are for me." It wasn't exactly a mystery that Mandy did love her biscuits. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
