WHAT: QUIDDITCH WORLD CUP!

Ladies & Gentlemen, we have an exciting match up for you today in this Quidditch World Cup.

Let us welcome into the stadium, the Australian National Team and their mascots the Tasmanian Devils:
Chasers: Weeks, Knight, Taggart
Beaters: Onions, Jacobson
Keeper: Currie (Capatain)
Seeker: Banks

Now, let us welcome the Scottish National Team and their mascot the LOCH NESS MONSTER:
Chasers: MacLaren, Fairburn, Campbell
Beaters: Douglas, Gibson (Captain)
Keeper: Hepburn
Seeker: Cochran

Give it up for these two splendid teams.

And they are off.

Oh they are really going at it. Look at the beaters go. That bludger nearly unseated Campbell. That other bludger must have been painful for Banks.

3 and a half hours later, the score is:
Australia 320
Scotland 330

Looks like Cochran has spotted the snitch. Banks is in the chase now. This game is so close. I wonder who is going to catch the snitch first. They are both going into a dive!

Banks has got the snitch! Australia has won 470 to 330. Wow. This match was so close up until that point. Bravo Australia on your spectacular win.

	Ernie wasn't the biggest Quidditch fan. He had attended the school's to show spirit, but, really, the only reason he had agreed to see the World Cup was to spend time with his friends. Still, as he watched them all squealing in excitement he couldn't help but grin and pump his fists in the air. (Reply to this)

	Susan isn't really into Quidditch either, and she was very jittery during the last few minutes leading up to the game. She was a bit too preoccupied by how high up they were for the first few minutes, but then she began to get into the game and in no time she was yelling and jumping up and down along with the others.
