There is a small box of three daydream charms from WWW, however, Neville will find that the face of the girls in the charm have been replaced with Ginny's face making ridiculous expressions. Also, a stuffed lion with a red and gold ribbon around it's neck. The obligatory box of chocolate frogs and a box of homemade brownies.

The attached note reads:

I know you said you didn't want a big deal to be made out of your birthday, but I couldn't help it. You're entirely too sweet for me to just ignore it, like. Besides, when I mentioned it to everyone else, they agreeed with me, so there.

The daydream charms are for when you're bored and I'm not around to entertain you. The lion is so that you don't go forgetting me when I'm away at school and you are being a big important Herbologist at some fantastic greenhouse. And the chocolate frogs and the brownies are just delicious.
