"I figured as much since you just arrived," she said kindly as she began to tidy up. "And I promise not to take very long." She put the rest of the pastries into the case and cast a charm on them to keep them fresh for tomorrow morning. She went to the back to put things away before she came back out to wipe down the counter. All in all, it took her about 30 minutes to finish up.
She gave him a sheepish look as she came out from behind the counter and took off the apron that she had been wearing. "Sorry to keep you waiting. I'm all yours now, though," she said as she folded up the the apron.
