Emmeline didn't know much of what was going on in terms of an official case. She had only talked briefly with Moody about what Dumbledore was doing. At least, she knew he was doing something. What that was- well, Moody was tight-lipped. If Emmeline didn't know any better, she figured Moody didn't know much either. She leaned her forearms against the edge of the table as she offered Kingsley a sort of half-smile.
"Brilliant," she said, shaking her head. "So they're awful people and good at what they do. I dunno, Kingsley. I'm not even sure what we could do right now. Hit back? That wouldn't make us any better than they are. The best thing would be finding them through the DMLE. At least, lock them up and keep them there."
She knew she was being a bit naive. This was war. You had to hit back. She just wasn't sure she was going to be much good at it.
