Axel: Eli & Mao
Eli turned around as he was called and took a second before he realised he needed to look down to find the source of the greeting. There was no question that the enquiry had been meant for him. He smiled a little embarrassed and shook his head.
"Me? No, I just thought I'd come see what this place was like," He replied, leaning back against the wall. He gave an appreciative glance to the glowing skates, "I've never been to a roller-rink before. It's pretty awesome. What can I say? I'm a bit attracted to the flashing lights. I'm like a moth."
There was something about the boy sitting on the floor that made a little part of him unsure. A little voice in the back of his mind seemed to be screaming caution. Nothing immediate jumped out at him and after a moment Eli pushed the thought away a side effect of discomfort due to him feeling like the proverbial fish out of water.
