When she asked if there was anyone she could stay with, he flicked quickly through the few people he actually knew outside this building who weren't related to the Dragon. There weren't many, which was, of course, how the Dragon preferred things.

He stopped talking to her as soon as they began approaching the exit, pulling her a little tighter to him. It was clear to the guards who was escorting who.
Then again, he had prepped these men a few minutes before he met up with Nora. It wouldn't last too long, but the man at the desk was reading a magazine without looking up, and the guard at the door was staring into the middle distance instead of making eye contact. Maybe it was just that they'd seen Jason come through this entrance a dozen times before. Whatever was causing it, Jason guided her toward the checkpoint and its scanner.
