Re: Baskin/Robbins
[Taped to the middle of a sheet of paper, with writing in the margins:]
I don't think there's anything strict about it, Robbins. It's not exactly as if you'd have any way of knowing if I was telling you anything besides the utmost truth. If anything, the accountability comes from within. Maybe it speaks to my personality as much as your concern for the plant does yours, but I don't wish to let you down with dishonesty. I have done so to myself for far too much of my life, I think.
Not everyone thinks the same as you. Some people think that sad things are just too weak. That toughness needs to be beaten into them like steel is tempered.
Which tenet is that, Robbins?
You should not feel the need to try and be anything but yourself, with me and these letters. I was glad to know we shared a moment of humor. I think that being mistaken for an age younger than you really are is a frustration until one day when it turns into a compliment. Maybe one day when you're old and wrinkled, people might think that you're really just someone middle-aged who didn't wear enough sunblock.
I think the key might be finding a balance. The lucky ones might not have those deaths take too much from them that they have to relearn how to keep on living, if they manage it at all. I wouldn't know.
Are the dancing feet your own, or just any feet? I love to dance. If you figure out the name for hope's flavor, please let me know so that I can look for it in a pint of ice cream. Hopefully it will have tapioca bubbles.
I think without a doubt that you should start with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. It's probably on Youtube. Don't watch the newest live-action movie, for the sake of 90's children everywhere.
Do you know precisely what you want, like Goldilocks? Or are you still figuring it out?
