Re: Log: Loki (Nish) and Aedan + Bartender
He noticed almost immediately that the temperature of the hand on the small of her back was much cooler than expected. It piqued his interest, and he filed it away with the other little facts he’d gleaned about this man that point to something not quite ‘normal’, whatever normal was supposed to be. He looked at where they were going, following where he led her outside and towards the parking lot, and nodded once.
“It’s beautiful up there,” he said with a smile on her lips. He looked over at him then, catching his eyes with hers, a hint of a smirk now curling at the corner of her lips. “I can take care of myself, believe it or not,” he said, meaning it in more ways than one, “but I’d be happy to drive with you.” So he made no move towards Nish’s car, instead making a point of shifting to wherever he went.
“So,” he said, once they were in the middle of the empty parking lot and there was no chance of being overheard. “You’re obviously not human, but I can’t quite place where you fit on the uhm...spectrum,” he said, somewhat pleased with the word and how it fit with what he was thinking.
