Re: Log: Loki (Nish) and Aedan + Bartender
They were certainly thunderous earlier, but now Aedan heard the boom of cannon's behind them. Storms at sea were dangerous, but so were cannons and if he had a choice, he would rather have Mother Nature's anger than a navy's.
"Aedan B, on the forums." He slid off his stool, the soles of his shoes clapping against the floor. His whiskey remained on the bar, barely touched, a single eyebrow raising when Loki's empty glass cracked in the sink. It was not thunder, not even the sharp kind that sounded like lightning.
He tugged his wallet out of his back pocket and laid down enough to cover both the tab and a decent tip. Even if the bartender/concrete wall did eave something to be desired, he was still willing to answer his questions at a time that suited them both better. "Neither am I," he said flippantly as his hand settled in the small of Loki's back. His gaze settled back on her, unperturbed by the possibility that she could be a shape-changing Loki and asked, "Shall we? I'm not far from here."
