Re: Log: Loki (Nish) and Aedan + Bartender
Loki watched Aedan’s eyes trace over him, the ever-present grin softening his predatory gaze into one of interest and approval. “Very good,” he replied, an almost admission with a slight tip of her head. “And, for argument's sake, that same god might delight in finding very attractive hosts to settle in.” He was positive now that Aedan had gotten the message, but for the sake of whoever may be listening in, he kept the conversation...hypothetical.
The next comment earned him a soft chuckle. “Not all of them were fools,” he laughed, shifting a little on the stool so that he could cross her legs, one lightly brushing against his as he did. “And honestly, I prefer to find intellectual equals. I enjoy a challenge.” He took another sip of whiskey, making sure to keep them measured. It wouldn’t do to go through it too fast.
“So,” he said, setting the glass down and leaning one elbow on the bar, leaning her head on her hand. “Hypothetically, if I were Loki, would that be a good thing or a bad thing?” Again, he allowed her eyes to glance down to his teeth, as if irresistibly drawn to them, before flitting back up to his eyes.
