Re: [Treatment Facility: Dami & Misha]
Damian would not have used upon seeing Misha. He had had a bad reaction, and he had even wanted to use, for a moment, but he would not have done it. He was not a complete and utter slave to his own whims. He would have required reassurance, and that could be offered anywhere. Regardless, he would never agree with the notion that it was fair, in any sense of the word, for Misha to ignore himself for Damian's sake. He simply would not.
"I did not know they knew one another either." He had no notion of whether or not Sadie would coddle Leena, so he nodded slightly. To be entirely honest, Damian did not particularly care in the moment. His emotions had been spent on others, and, being here and alone for the past few days had been enough for him to feel sorry for himself. He was jealous because Misha and Sadie could go off and do things he could not participate in, and because, he felt, he ought be cheering Misha up, not Sadie, even if he could tolerate her presence. "Do what is easiest," was all he said about the accommodation situation. "I would prefer you had someone around when you required someone around, even if that person is Sadie. You can make cornbread or whatever it is you do together." He laid his head to shoulder. "You look fetching, but you look like you have been preoccupied. I know you begin to forget to do things for yourself."
Black lashes met and parted, and Damian looked at Misha after forcing himself to keep his eyes open. Eyelids drooped, but he was not asleep. "I understand," he replied to the admission. He touched Misha's lips then and smiled slightly when the boy kissed fingertips. "How is it different?" Being earthbound, he meant. He pressed the bridge of his nose to Misha's jaw, bucking upward, before he kissed the boy just off of mark of mouth. "Does it feel different?"
