Cat & Reece, one of the front sections.
[Cat hadn't changed since his encounter with Jack at the '70s amusement park. He was still wearing layers and loose jeans, kicks and curls tumbling everywhere. He had no luggage, no carry-on, nothing to indicate that this little visit would be a long one. Oh, if shit changed? He'd just buy things. After all, this was home. They were going home, and the money was still there. He had good paperwork that gave him access to everything there, and he had plans for the potions Reece was bringing: She was going to check in everywhere and explain that her son was taking over. After all, it was the best option available, and something needed to be done. So, killing multiple birds with one set of claws, though he wasn't looking forward to the farce.
And then there was the rest. Leena, who would maybe remember things now. Damian, who wasn't going to take well to anyone butting into his life. And, Cat, Cat got it. He wasn't a squeaky clean little member of Bruce's brood, and even as a she he hadn't been that. But, these days? He still got it. Jersey was shit, and growing up there was shit, and being 11 years old in the body of a 21-year-old? Well, let's just say Cat had a particular sympathy for people who felt body dissonance. And, well, being raised by Ra's? Could hardly be any type of cakewalk. And Damian's mother? Well, suffice it to say she'd never been a peach, and Cat wished Bruce was here. Oh, he was still pissed at the hero, but he still wished Bruce was there to brood in black. Damian always did better with his father, and Helena? Well, Helena's soft spot for Bruce had always spanned the multitude of emotions the girl possessed.
Bright side? There was none, really. The scientist that had originally grabbed him? Had done so in New York, and it would be stupid to think they weren't going to check on their experiment. Whatever, right now? He stomped into the expensive jet with the long-limbed gait of sullen youth. And, well, yeah, he was sullen. Eddie was gone, and Cat felt adrift, and he definitely was not currently up for this level of shit. But there was always this level of shit, and it was time to get used to it... again... anew... whatever. So, yeah, he slouched in one of the seats, leaned his head back, and closed his eyes.]
