Re: [In-person: Claire & Hannah] Claire was not particularly worried about meeting Hannah. Yes, it was a little strange to speak in person to someone from one of the parties as Claire had very little experience in that particular wheelhouse. But strange did not mean bad, and Claire had been looking forward to this since the phone call they'd shared. It had taken some time for her to get everything worked out because of actual issues regarding the ritual and the town so she was awfully glad that Hannah had not given up on her. Though she supposed that whole situation fell into the secret category that had been promised to be explained to Hannah one day. Tonight was not the night to discuss supernatural assassination.
The knock at the door tore Claire away from her pasta dough with a haphazard brushing off of her hands on her clothes. Maybe she should have put something nicer on. After all, Hannah was gorgeous while Claire always felt rather plain and that all should have been thought of and decided upon before she needed to welcome her dinner guest. Music floated softly from deep inside the house as the door was swung open to greet Hannah. Claire was kind of a mess at this point with evidence of flour on her jean shorts and in her hair, but she was beaming brightly with her far too wide smile at the woman that had shown up. "Please, come in," a formal invitation, since sometimes there were people out there that needed one of those.
It was rather silly to have all those little butterflies in her stomach upon finally seeing the woman face to face, yet they could not seem to be tamed. Stormy grey eyes took her in with a slow roam before pausing on the grocery bag that had far too much inside for what little she had asked Hannah for. She arched her eyebrow in amusement and shut the door behind them, "Is that all butter?"
