Loki nodded and put his coke down after another sip. “That it does,” he agreed. “You know, I read a book recently that theorized that Loki was actually one of the three creators of Ask and Embla, the first humans,” he said, not even trying to keep his enjoyment of this thought out of his voice. “He gave them fire and passion, and human form. I kind of like that take on it,” he said thoughtfully.
’You didn’t create humans,’ Nish scoffed, a roll of her eyes aparant in her tone.
’Who says I didn’t? Besides, I’ve learned to embrace the fan-fiction of my life. Some of it is even better than the real thing.’
