If you, you know, asked as is not your usual wont, I'd say 'right-o' is what you say when you've exhausted your list of what could possibly be said in the face of what is uncontrovertibly the truth and when you neither wish to concede you're about as useful as a chocolate teapot, nor admit you have no place in this debate and are bystander only.
