Re: Dinner: Claire/Leena
Following her call, Leena went from the entranceway to the kitchen, boots thumping on the floor as they always did, but not quite as loudly as when she'd been in her other form.
She noticed the lack of gloves first, but Leena knew well enough to avoid an uninterrupted touch to Claire's skin. The second thing was that it looked like a rainbow closet had thrown up on Claire with glee and vengeance. Still, it wasn't like she was going to complain, as both Claire and food were involved and whatever insanity the world brought, she still relaxed in the presence of her friend.
The third thing? Oh she noticed that wine and curled her fingers into grabby hands. The most she knew about wine was whether it was red, white, or a blush. Well, kinda. Blush's were a bit harder for her to figure out, but white and red she had down pat. "I'm not expecting city by the ocean level sushi. I'm sure it'll be great."
Up close, it was easier ot see her weariness, but she took both the glass and the hug willingly, a little bit of tension easing out of her frame. "It really has been. You get to catch me up on what's been going on first, so spill."
