[restaurant; ren & hannah]
Ren laughed, he couldn't help himself. The idea that he might somehow think her less of a feminist, or that she might be worried about it. "Don't worry," he told her with a brilliant smile. "I won't take away your feminist credentials, and you know, if situations were reversed, I'd ask you to pick for me. Cause then you'd know what's up, and I really wouldn't."
He glanced around, considering the location and her thoughts on the fact that it looked like him, except not as dark as she thought he could be. He supposed there was likely some truth to that. They didn't keep the lights all the way down here, and the bright colors kept it from really being truly dark, but it did have an eclectic feel that he'd always liked. It was so much the opposite of what his parents would have liked - well, his mother anyway. Maybe his father would have liked this better.
"Yeah?" He hadn't really gotten as far as thinking about where. But if he could rent a big warehouse... his mind started turning. The acoustics would be terrible in something like that, probably, but maybe it could be worked around. Granted he'd thought of doing something smaller at first - Repose hardly seemed like the sort of place that could do anything too large - either for actors, or audience, but... "I didn't know there was, but that might work. Something like that. It's kind of a crazy idea, probably. And it might need to be a slightly smaller space, cause I don't know how many people in Repose care about theatre, you know?"
