"Good choice that, I'd say." She was careful to put personal qualifiers on words when she spoke still and was thankful Repose hadn't dulled that skill. "Not a thing to be surprised by." She was making light conversation, trying to be polite while still engaging enough. Besides, he hadn't seemed offended by her question and that was enough of a space for Sadie to be bold and try and find a toe hold. It only got easier when the violin was mentioned too.
"Good eye!" She chimed, all bright and smiled, nodding her head a bit too rapidly. "Was playing it outside, before the weather said it was break time." She gave a nod backwards over her shoulder toward the sidewalk. "Like playing out here around this time, good folks tend to stay where the books are." Which she very much thought was true. Reading, considering she had little other ways to occupy a lot of her time when not playing music or exploring, was a big hobby of hers.

"So what's that one say about Vampires?" She scooted around the table, staying at her own but now sitting closer, so their volumes could be kept respectably low. "Used to hear lots of stoires about them, but nobody quite could line up just the same on what was what, always thought that bit was interesting I did."
