Re: Manning/Nishka: Market
Loki chuckled, "lunch and dinner? Yeah, I remember them," he said. "Did they run out of free instant resurrections, or are they still around?" He had fond tasty memories of those goats, and was suddenly hungry just thinking about them.
"No, I have clear memory of this host's entire lineage and that of the gods too, the missus and I were arguing about whether your hair is flaxen blonde or sunkissed, but I still say it defies description." He glanced around at the other stalls nearby and silently questioned whether Nish wanted anything else besides the berries, but she was still chafing at being referred to as 'the missus.'
"Wait..." he said, stopping Manning with a hand a few steps away from the stall and looking up at him. "Ohh...nobody knows do they? So that's why your usual fanclub is missing," he teased. "How did you manage survive all these years without constant validation of your prowess and other...attributes?" he said, pointedly looking over his rather impressively sculpted body.
'Nish, stop that!' Loki scolded her latent attraction.
'What?' she asked innocently, the grin apparent in the word.
